Exchanges and Refunds

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since you received your order and we haven’t heard from you, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

While we are sure that you will love your order when you receive it, we promise not to ask any questions if you want to return your product.

As with all online stores, Gift cards and items purchased during promotions are non-returnable. 

To complete your return, simply contact us via the contact box form or through one of our social media handles. 

If the return is due to any lapse on Zohacci's part such as quality defect, wrong item, wrong measurements or incomplete delivery, we will have your order picked up from your location at our expense and pay you back or replace with the new one.


Incase the return is due to you own choice or size issue, we will still pick it up after deducting shipping costs

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the shipping address as it may get lost.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

For bank card charges, we can charge back the original amount or use any of the below cash refund methods available with us:

  • Bank Deposit (Banks in Pakistan only)
  • JazzCash

Please note that due to operational limitations, your refund may take upto 15 days after approval for processing. We hope you understand.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your bank card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched (usually 2-3 days after placement)
